What information do we collect, and from where?
Only what you choose to send us, through one of two routes:
- The contact form. Your name, email address and message. If you fill them in: your company, company size, phone number, the topic you picked and the best time to call. The form also adds your time zone, so we can call at a sensible hour.
- Email. Anything you send to contact@cybernate-it.com.
We do not use analytics, so we do not collect information about how you browse this website.
To be written: whether our hosting (Amazon CloudFront) keeps standard access logs, such as IP addresses, and for how long.
Why do we collect it?
To reply to your enquiry. Nothing else.
We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not use your details for marketing.
How long do we keep it?
To be written: how long enquiries are kept (for example, a set number of months after the last contact if no work goes ahead), and what happens if we do start working together.
How do you ask us to delete your data?
Email contact@cybernate-it.com with “Delete my data” in the subject line, from the address you contacted us with. You can also ask to see what we hold about you.
To be written: how quickly we act on a request, and any record we are legally required to keep.
Do we use cookies?
No. This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics and contains no advertising or tracking code.
That is why there is no cookie banner. Nothing on this site follows you around the web.
